Fortunately I thought it was the screaming one which got me good last year and was way back from the screen so didnt focus on it very well. Last year I was in my office looking at the picture of the kitchen or whatever it was and completely believed the turn up the volume comment. I think I screamed louder than the guy did. sheesh. Everyone came running and I had to make up a story. Im so gullible...
