is that tiburon the one with two engines and trannys? i saw one in a magazine(super street maybe) with a tiburon that threw the back wheels in reverse and the fronts in drive, then just romped on it. "a chassis designers worst nightmare" is what i think they called it

NOPE.

I believe this car is KDM with heavy internal work on the beta2 engine, probably the CNK one. The dual engine Tiburon is on stock internals ~300+~300 on the beta1 and its engines doesn't last very long.
