I'd like to know if the C/F trunk is lighter and by how much after it's installed w/ all the hardware.
A 5lbs reduction for $875 is too much $$$ for me right now. But down the line after I've done all I can to get rid of weight. I may look in to this, if it's lighter than stock.

jus say its so light that the trunk springs or waterever its call jus shoots the trunk up . so its better to open the trunk with ur key itself or when pull the realease that sumone is there to catch it.

hey wassups...can you post a pic of the front half lip spoiler for my02-03...i want to see what that piece looks like alone and how it would replace the stock front lip...just out of curiosity..
also how much for the f/h lip, rear bumper and v2 sideskirts all together, shipped to cali???

I'm assuming that these trunks are between 10-13 lbs. I can try to weigh them, but we have only a small postal scale at the shop. I'll see what I can do.
Does anyone know how much the stock trunk itself weighs? I know the WRX hood is light, but I've never heard about the trunk - this thing has gotta save more than 5lbs. It's VERY light.
werd. I'd say about 95% buy for the bling. I gotta admit I'm guilty too. You can save more money by losing weight off the driver.

The complete kits are priced much cheaper than buying ala carte and piecing full bumpers together with front lips and different sideskirts, FYI. I have pricing already on the new '02-03 kits tho... I can check to see just how much that is.
