Talking Car Detailing and Cook out.

So heres the deal, got called up about doing a detail day and cookout the weekend before the tous for tots cruise, either the 21 or 22 of Nov. Sounds like a good idea to me, just wanted to know if there was any other interest and what day would be best for those attending so to let me know.
I have enough space to possibly work on two cars a a time and if you are intersted in doing some wrenching there is tools also. For cars that are not being worked on there is limited space on the back street but more parking on the main street.
Like I said before probably do a little cooking also so bring food and whatever you would want to drink.
If anyone has anything else to add or if I forgot something just let me know.

I would definately be down for this. I can bring detailing supplies and possibly a vaccuum, as well as some eats. Do you have equipment for polishing and waxing? That's the only thing I couldn't provide.

Right now i have various types of waxes and such, a 10" buffer and shop vac. Would probably be best if someone brought another buffer and everyone brought some extra bonnets and misc detailing supplies. But yea what ever you think we need go ahead and bring, won't hurt to have some extra stuff.

Sorry i've been out of the loop for so long, bad work week so far. So heres what im thinking right now, of course sunday, depending on how many show up would like to get started around 8ish. Will be clearing out the garage so we can fit two cars at a time. there will be limited parking out back with the garages but there is street parking out front on kaimalie st. So for now have som ground rules:

1. Please do any major detailing (washing, claybaring and what not) before coming over. We will be using this time to wax and fine tune.

2. Should have 2 buffers (one rotary and one orbital) and a few waxes and cleaning products so if you have anything please bring it. Especially buffer pads and micro fiber cloths. Please specify what you will be bringing.

3. Will be planning on BBQing so will ask that everyone bring something to contribute. Will get a list started of everyone so we all know whats being brought. Utinsels, plates and comdiments are already taken care of.

4. BYOB if I even need to say this. Already have one large cooler and one small one.

If there is anything I missed go ahead and say something now so it can be addressed.
