Because of mom and pop stores breaking date(Toys n Joys, etc) Gamestops allowed to sell MW2 early. Anyone found a place where they selling? PC? XBOX? PS3?

 

OH CRAP...nice find man. I am gonna see if I can grab it at Gamestop...had it pre-ordered and I live in Ohio!

ill probly go to the midnight release at pearl highlands. the secret is to get there at like 11:58 so you can go up to the counter and prepay so by the time your transction is done they're like "oh crap its midnight already, heres your game." so you're in and out and can laugh at all the true nerds that have been waiting there for an hour. thats what i did for ufc anyway.

 

ill be at the rocky ridge and lead hill =p gonna get there early

 

Gamestop Kahala : Not doing early release.

 

Gamestop Pearl Highlands: No early release

 

Tried calling all the Gamestops that were in easy driving distance (5 of them...crazy how many of those little stores there are up here) and all of them said they had no clearance.

I can understand it though, they want to release it on Veteran's Day.

It's crazy because Dragon Age Origins, Borderlands, MW2 and Left 4 Dead 2 are all out at around the same time. I kind of want to order Dragon Age off of Steam but never really liked the fantasy RPG type games. Waiting for Mass Effect 2 and Star Wars The Old Republic.



Oh and not to mention Gran Turismo 5 in February as per the guy at Gamestop.

 

Dragon Age Origins: A Bioware RPG. That itself is a great time waster.
Borderlands: Fun, semi addictive, until it gets hard as hell to solo at level 20. Bad multiplayer lobby implementation. It's one of those 3 day games.
L4D2: Same ole with improvements to weapons and dynamics. Playing the demo, versus mode is going to be way more fun.

I was playing MW2 then it froze and never like read the disc anymore, man and im only at level 25 dam.
