BR-Z MSRP Now On Subaru Website
Not sure if this is old news but just checked the Subaru (Mainland) website and they have the BR-Z prices up.
$25,495 Premium, $27,496 Limited
Just as a reference a base WRX lists at $25,595, premium WRX goes for $28,095, and a limited WRX $29,095 (Hawaii Subaru Website Price).
Still no BR-Z price on the Hawaii Subaru website.
So for about $100 bucks more you get AWD and a turbo? I think Ill keep saving for a WRX hatch.

I don't think a lot of people understand that the BRZ (and Toyota 86) was built for a special niche of Automotive enthusiasts. To some people, handling feel and balance is more important than power and lap-times.
I'm not saying that the latter school of thought is wrong, but it's simply a case of different strokes for different folks. To some people (like *ahem* me), the 25K entrance fee is more than worth it. After all, the Mazda Miata starts at 23K and the RX8 at 28K! And no one complains about their prices.

Different strokes for different folks i guess.
I see the fun and nimble factor in the brz/ft86, and it would probably beat a stock wrx on our autox course. i'd love to see it run in person though.... maybe after the f500 i'll have a new project... CSP BRZ with fatty tires to take more PAX's! (just assuming they'll put the brz in CSP)

If I had the money floating around, I'd buy the fr-s and get some CSP revenge. 275 15's would look nice, hopefully it would fit the brakes though.
I've been waiting years for a car like this to be made... Too bad, now that it's finally coming out, I've got other monetary issues...
