Boost Gauge

Does the STi not come with a boost gauge? I just realized that I didn't see one when I test drove one the other day. I don't like that at all. I don't want to put an aftermarket one on, and I don't want to not have one. My WRX came with one built onto the stearing collum, and that is what I want with the STi. Is that possible?

You can get the same one that's in your WRX in the STi. I would get a better one.

I had this one and loved it! The only bad thing is it reads in bar.( which isn't bad at all)

But I would get any good aftermarket gauge before that crap Subaru OEM one.

yeah the stock gauge reads in bar. it is a 42mm gauge i think, which is why you have to stretch the rubber to fit a 45mm gauge in there.

I have the OEM gauge on my current WRX. Sorry I wasn't able to read this in time to see that I could meet you at 3. I don't know where speedgear is anyway. Is there a way I can see it sometime? If you can call me that is the best way for us to talk. I don't have a very constant access to the internet.

Well I didn't get a gauge today but I ordered one from Speedgear.

When it comes in I'll set up an install day and show anyone a "how to" install, that wants one. ( I have to pass on some of Sean's skillz)
