Question Blitz SS BOV install

Anyone know where I can find install directions or willing to help me install? I just bought the car from a friend and he gave me the bov with all the extra parts. The box didn't have instructions in it so I'm kinda clueless about how to install.

I get off duty tomorrow around 9 then nothing until around 5 or so. You busy tomorrow? I'm not sure I got everything to do the install but I think it's all in the box from my quick look at it.

I ran that BOV before, it made my car have some serious after fire pops.. I think I still have the directions if you need it... but its fairly easy to install.

yes ...100% atmos bovs always make after fires (backfire) worse. especially paired with "NO cats" up and down pipes...have fun with your new bov

Oh i'm sure I'll enjoy it. Hopefully anyway. Although another question. the bov said it's good to 18psi and that anything more than that requires a bigger stiffer spring. Whats the stock one rated to? And is there any point other than the sound of the bov lifting?

stock is good till 19psi...(so i've read)

and anything not recerculating is just for sound ....unless your running boost passed 19psi. and even then, there are aftermarket recerculating bov's that are good for very high boost apps ...

ps. installing the tmic bov is really simple. its just 2 8mm bolts, vacuum hose and a return hose cap. thats it 5 min tops...what are you waiting for slap that thing on and start scaring old ladies! wOOt!!!

Well I threw in the bov.....unfortunately ran into a prob. The bov won't fit in there right with my intercooler. There's not enough room to put the "horn part" on (I don't know what to call it it's where the pressure would come out of the side....I know I know I'm a noob). I ran it down the street to see if it would make a difference or not. It made a funny almost musical note the first time it relieved and a sort of shuttering sound the second time. I went home right after that last one and kept the turbo from spooling up. I replaced the stock bov because I wasn't sure if that was the correct sound it should make. Soon I'm going to try and get a small piece of sheet metal and fabricate a bracket to mount it up the right way. Any ideas on why it would make that wierd noise? Or is that the way it's supposed to sound?

P.S. Thanks a lot to Tom who was patient enough to answer my questions even though I did wake him up.
