Beleive it or not...
Alex, you could get that car up top recon spec in a day. I hope you got the stock steering wheel w/airbag though. Other than that, swap headlights back to stock, put in stock sidemarkers, etc. done. Then put it all back on !

Recon is great to have and fairly easy to get.
Replace all the stuff that we've stated and adjust ride height. No need to worry about the height of your lights as you don't have fog lamps.
The main reason...at least for me...to have recon is that Cops pull you over for it and give you a hard time. So go legalize your car, get the sticker and the papers then put some of the stuff back on. The only big things that cops check for are ride height, rims, exhaust volume and wings. If you get all of those listed on your recon sheet then the cops will let you go.

WOW That is some crazy stuff! I never knew any of that. Do the same rules apply for the trucks I see with like 20" lifts and stuff? My car is modified, but not crazy by any means. I just went in for a safety check on both my cars, and didn't have a problem. My Celica is far from stock though with parts from Supras, other Celicas, 4Runner 4x4, and much more. Not one piece of the suspension, trans, rear end, driveshaft anything is stock. I did it all to look as close to stock as possible, and I am super careful about my work on my cars, so maybe the guy just thought it was all good. Nothing is unsafe, and I made sure everything was passing before trying. It was wicked hard to find sidemarkers for an old Celica though... The dealer just laughed at me. Haaa...
Good luck Alex. With the caliber of work done on your car, as long as the specific items that were mentioned are in spec, all the lights work, there shouldn't be a problem because nothing was done 'half way.'
That's some good info guys. Nice!!

I don't have a career. Lately, I have been greatly turned off by the "industry" I have worked and lived for for the past 6 years. I guess I just never realized or wanted to realize how it really works. That is not to say that I am turned off by this hobby. I just don't see myself making this my career. i-Club, of course is not a "part" of this industry. It is what feeds it and I have never been happier with i-Club than I am now.
I might want to start something in HI, but unless I can do it the way I want to, I will not bother. That is a hard decision to make but I will make it sooner or later.
If anything, we can open up i-Club clubhouse over there to hang out, haha. And, get a dyno for it while we at it.
And, I am not bluffing. Watch me...
