It was nice to see some new faces and subies at AutoX today. Todays setup was pretty fast and it seems (at least in my case) that fear was a big factor keeping folks from better times. I just wish we had a little more room to fix driving errors. The sides of the track arrive rapidly when you are going 50-60 MPH.

Holy crap, that was such good fun. Now I look like a Waikiki tourist with the mean sun burn. Oh yeah Rudy did you leave your window shade. If so I have it.

Also, thanks Jay (poser) for the instruction.

That was a damn fun course, nice and fast and flowed pretty well. The long slalom after the cross-over was the fastest slalom I've ever had the pleasure of zig-zagging through - I was well into 3rd gear and accelerating almost constantly.

Cool to see lots of new Subie faces out there. Unfortunately, it was my last event for the next 6 months, as I'll be deploying shortly. Have fun without me, you lucky bastards!!
