auto start/timer

hey guys... having another small problem... i drive an auto(yuck) 03 wrx... i have a viper alarm system with the remote start and tubro timer feature installed. The remote start works when the car is cold and the timer works when i haven't driven for a long period of time... i guess when the car is hot it doesn't really work... its worked perfectly for the last year but only recently its been acting up.... any suggestions?

hmm if it's really cold weather sometimes it wont spark as fast...as for the timer what do you have it set at ??....how long the ignition is on ? boost setting ?...preset time ?...there's a few diff settings so maybe it's set on the incorrect one...you would have to check with you dealer were u had the alarm installed....and i heard bad things about those built in TT's...a few of my friends had problems which were solved by addin a TT instead of using the built in one...it works wonder's..

^ personally i've got the remote start(cool factor) but i never use it....

I have the viper on my 5spd. I always use my remote start, but for the TT you must push the aux and the orange button at the same time before turning off the car. I hardley use that. from what I understand, you don't need a TT on a car if the turbo is oil AND coolant cooled. Correct me if I'm wrong.
