I am noob too at AutoX, did my first runs last sunday... just come out and it is very easy to get started!

you can ask for an instructor while there...

 

i'm a horrible driver and i still gave it a shot.

you won't regret trying it out at least once, and bring a diaper if you plan to do a fun run with someone more experienced
