the TPMS depending on your vehicle make some relearn automatic when u switch rim position. some you have to self learn the sensors. havent done a subaru before but i think it might just be like a toyota where you just have to reset the sensor in the wheel. if its a like a GM style where you gota play with switches and lock arm the system manually then its a different story.
