No, but it's something some guy fabricated. Looks pretty professional to me.

Anyhow, I posted those links as they are pretty much the instructions. I didn't intend so much for you to read them, but to see that it's pretty straight forward.

ok, I browsed through it. Are you going to order that kit, or are you wanting to just find somewhere to order the switches and put it together yourself. That guy has the switches already I think, so if you get them, yeah, I'll put it in.
