I saw how much Turbonetics wanted to charge you for shipping. All that Gruppe-s charged me was $20 and I got it in ~3 days.
I think they're trying to get a few more ducks out of you.

I tried to order the Zero Sports "cool radiator" for $69.00 and they wanted $33.00 to ship it from the "states".
