Your test pipe has 2 o2 sensor slots. one for your o2 and the other for a wideband. the problem is that you dont have a wideband yet and your test pipe didn't come with a bung to plug it. So you'll have a unpluged hole if i finish the exhaust. call me asap. lmk what you wanna do. mizz went home to get the DP to see if there is a bung with that so will see. I may have an extra bung but i will have to go searching for it.

 

OK n/m mizz had the bung at home. she didn't know that was part of the test pipe. she is bringing it by now

 

Shaggy, you have access to a TIG machine? Do you do it yourself or do you have a friend do it? Been looking for a decent welder for some stuff.

 

n/m she didin't have it. i finished about 45mins ago took it for a test drive and also put in the intake filter. sounds good!! btw you own me a bung plug lol i had to use mines since even your wideband didnt come with a bung

Actually I just opted for the drop in filter. I searched a lot of reviews on different forums between intake vs. drop in filter and neither really came out on top of each other. so i figure why not save a couple of hundred and just get the drop in. much like Suby's, it seemed a aftermarket intake was only needed when running high horse power apps. with the money i saved I will end up getting the top intercooler piping which has been a proven power mod.

 

i feel ya on the intake filter. any increase in sound with it? i guess i could pick up a filter and tp soon for not too much $$, which filter you end up getting?

 

not sure on the sound....im not home yet...ask my wife or ***** can chime in. I ended up getting the HKS drop in filter, im not a real big fan of K&N
