What are u using to do the vids? Digital camcorder? I got a Sony recently, but learned it can only dump digital vid to a Sony pc. grr...

i dont have a sony computer

the card was ~40$ unfortunately so was the cable, but that was over a year ago.

thats probably the lowest price you'll find a firewire card at nowdays. belkins aren't known for its reliability(crappy routers, hubs, switches) but from the firewire cards i used that were belkins, they're great for its price.

Aaaah. My crappy driving saved for posterity. I still wish I'd gotten a time with my DNF. That one seemed a lot smoother than the others.

Awesome many thanks! I didnt read into the camera much and believed the part about having to have a Sony computer because the I-Link was proprietary, jesus, glad I cancelled the computer. Hah. Thanks again...
