wow, sorry to hear you guys are having to deal with this drama. We had a guy acting like an idiot like that here in monterey/salinas area almost causing accidents, trying to get my buddy in a rental grand am to race him...just plain stupid. He was some high schooler (must have been a senior cause I havent seem him around since summer ended). Hope you guys get this punk taken off the road without anybody else except for him getting hurt.
Our tactic was to flag down our punk and invite him out to our meets, but he never came....not that he would have had much fun there

whoa... glad everyone involved there lived. that's really smashed up. i'll keep an eye out for this black STi when i'm out. anyone know what year? i saw this one black 04\05 acting like a c**k around the aiea/pearl city area.

btw; this would of been a perfect time to set this guy up with the ex- STI owner (Police officer) we have here in I-club... but hopefully we catch this guy soon and out of the streets for good.

On vwvortex the guy that started the thread points the finger at the dude in the evo saying he was racing the GTI and tried to race him. Hard to imagine a car guy can't tell the difference between an evo and an sti but that seems to be the case.

^^especially since he could recall the exact model of vw. idk maybe he was mistaken but if i saw a car that tried to race me, then saw the same car in a ditch later up the road i would surely have remembered it.
