Lunch then to Sandy Beach, then to 13 Corners then H3 and home. I stayed out a bit cruising around and hooked up with a nice Camaro SS on my way down H3. Think he was wussing out since I was pulling on him each time in 4th and 5th gear runs. Maybe all the rain and such made him back off.

Should an STi be able to pull on an SS? Just curious.

Pics and vids up soon.

Great turnout. 30+ Subarus and of course the adopted i-club cars (S2000 Joey, 18hr, etc..)

Also, a lot better organized this year. If only the weather would have held out. I felt bad for the Cobras that didn't have their tops to put up.

Wish I could have continue beyond the dropoff, but my daughter was sick and everyone else cranky after walking through the rain.

I brought a camera, but didn't get pictures, Doh! So hopefully others took some good pictures. I know Dave was shooting video.

I also think we need at least one more white STi for next year (hint to someone).

Yeah I got some pics, so rainy it was hard to really get any good ones, but it will give those not attending (damn you all) a good idea about it. Video probably isnt too hot again due to rain, but better than nothing.

Joey get the White/Gold, you know you want to. Well we all want you to so that should be enough...

Most def. The only way an SS should be able to keep up with you is with some form of power adder.

Them stock - 13.5 in the quarter (I don't know if that's with DR's or not, though)
You - 13.0-13.3

Damn, damn, damn.

We were deep and we have some ultra hooked-up cars.

Well done, bravo, yada yada.

Seriously, you guys have some excellent cars.

STI's - nothing needs to be said.
WRX's - I don't think there was one there that wasn't ready for a full length feature article with centerfold.
RS's - I would happily make any of you an offer for your cars if I had the dough.

I want an S2000, I want an RB25 powered 240, I want a G35...

I want I want I want.

Hey, who votes for the red & white Z28 as most gorgeous car there? How about the milk truck? Viper? Low 10-second, late 80's Mustangs? Cobra kits? Lightnings? Old skool hot rods?

I'm glad that i-club had such a great turn-out. I wished I could've attended; alas familial responsibilities must prevail. Hope I can attend the next function.

Ah ok, the guy looked the type who would give it all his car had. He was very proud of it pulling in front of me all the time and then going WOT. Lotsa noise, but just didnt seem to do much. That explains why I pulled on him so hard. Thanks Pat.

Pics are up at:
http://www.wrxhawaii.com/misc/iclub/...0Tots%20Cruise

We started at Keehi Lagoon, pulled out down Nimitz to Ala Moana, then to Ala Moana Park/Magic Island. Then from there down to Waikiki (nice blocked off roads, was awesome) and parked in the rain. Then some went to Kahala Chilis, then a few less went to Sandy Beach, then even less cruised to 13 Corners up H3 and home. Just so you know the route so the pics make sense. Didnt feel like breaking it up.

Working on a vid, not too thrilled with what I shot, but will put something small together. Dont expect much tho.

It was really great to attend this years Toys for Tots with all of you. I had the most fun driving at the 13 turns and H-3 freeway.
