Areas to practice
Anyone know any good areas on island to practice some dirt/gravel driving, open fields and such?? Found some spots but only suitable for lifted trucks and such

Agreed. We only have 16 signed up for the 3/19 event and need 25. You should add your name to the list! Event runs well, and there's usually enough time at the end for lots of fun runs, so you can get your practice time there!
Just come out. What's holding you back? Don't worry about the times. I promise you will have that huge ear to ear grin after your 1st RUN! Everyone does, regardless of their time.

tons of empty fields all over.
but you always run the risk of tickets/jail time/impound in the wrong place...
be warned!
so come to rallyx and do it legally and safely

I wanna bring my STi, but Im afraid with how low I am (Tein S-Techs) and my front mount, something will get F-ed up. How's the course? Is it decent dirt (sounds dumb I know) or is it all rutted and pitted and whatnot? Avery was telling me about a few weeks ago at the Aiea Starbucks meet and its been on my mind ever since...
Yeah...the course is pretty safe for stock vehicles, but if you can't lift it up, I wouldn't attempt it.
I'm trying to get more Subies and Evos to come check out the Sand Drags. With the proper tires, I think you guys would clean up...plus, it's easy on the car, and not as dirty as Rally Cross. I like see the truck guys going...WTF?
Regardless, you should come out. If you wanted to just race, we've got rental vehicles in HulaCross, too. $200 which includes your run card and you can beat the snot out of them and not even worry about it if they break.

If you can make it out Saturday, that would be the best way to gauge. Also if you come in the afternoon, you can catch a ride in one of the Suby's. Guarantee fun, even as a passenger.
