it's the motor only. your gonna have a hard time finding a wrx motor here. not too many people have them lying around. if you've checked the junk yards and the usual places, you might have to go mainland to find one. i'll keep an ear out for one and LYK if i hear of any. otherwise maybe you could just do the wrx turbo and top mount upgrade. would save you a little money in the long run, and easier to find. Right, but the WRX turbo runs too much boost for the N/A EJ25, so he would need to get a sub 10 lb wastegate. He would also need larger injectors, some type of EM and a way to control both boost and fuel, the wastegate could control the boost, and an SAFC could control fuel, but it is not worth the trouble. You have so much more potential with a EJ20t or an EJ257 block. Now you could pick up an EJ257 block, or Mario's blown EJ20 block and add some forged goodness. Then you could pick up a WRX exhaust manifold, headers, uppipe, turbo, turbo-back, intercooler, turbo inlet hose, possibly intake manifold and injectors and you would be in business. Talk to Francis he is doing it with an EJ257 block in his Phase 1 DOHC 1998 RS.

yea he wouldn't need to run too much boost, and it is a lot easier to go the EJ20 route, but how practical would it be considering EJ20's are in short supply here? whatever way you go man just know where you wanna go and do what you gotta do to get there. yo nate, i'm gonna try to call you L8R.
