Is anyone running springs?? if so what type?

Sup all, since our Hawaii roads are just so forgiving, to those who are running aftermarket springs. What springs are you running, how low is you car and would these springs be good for performance driving. ie: track days and auto cross. One of my biggest concerns is how bumpy the highways are here so i would like something pretty close to stock. What do you guys recommend??? Thank you, Mario

I have looked into: Eibach, Tein, Tanabe, RSR, Whiteline and,H&R But Hawaii roads suck. So which do i go with

Progress springs aren't too bad on stock struts. It feels just like stock, just more springy when I go over speed bumps...feels like my struts are gonna go.

Get a set of Tein S-tech springs I had a set on my RS and liked them very much and believe it or not I got a good deal from WMR...yes from WMR....

Gruupe-S has them for $175.00 plus shipping...About what I paid..

I'm not really interested in scoring a deal. I am more interested in
ride quality on crappy roads and performance. but thank you Silver Satin

Well I thought the ride quality was really good much better than the Eibach's I had on my Integra. My impression on the S-Tech are about what Boom said really firm feeling when you needed them to be not too bouncy I really liked them good quality..But just my $.02.. But how many people complain about Tein products????

The cars not fast so don't put your hopes up...but I'm the only person in I-Club that probably drops to first gear and risk no damage to the tranny with it!

I have H&R springs and they're great on the road. They're a bit firm, but give the car a much more stable feeling than stock. I have no idea how they'd fare in an auto-x or track day though.

i had whitelines on my old car...imo they were the best in handling but the looks just killed me...the front was just too high.

i also had h&r's...imo looked far better...and also gave me a firm, but not to firm ride.

hope this helps
