Has anyone heard of these people?

I do apologize if you are on this site but I'd like to know what it means? I saw this on the front windshield of a 02-03 WRB WRX in big white letters saying "MIX PLATE CREW"

I took a picture with my phone but I couldn't see it very well.

Just want to know what it means. I'm not teasing or making fun of them either

I saw a black explorer with a sticker across the windshield that said "strait thug crew"

Yeah it was the funniest thing I've evar seen. :rotfl: They're like 18 year old punks who wear big ugly gold nacklaces and black baseball caps with straitened bills and white tees that are 10 times too big for thier skinny a$$es who drive around and talk smack with an accent of an ethnicity they're not.
