It has been 2.5 weeks and they have not shipped my stuff yet

 

update!! these guys are cool as hell! supposedly the server crashed on their end, and 10 emails din't ge tto their destination. mine was one of them. they figure out shipping on a case by case basis to hawaii, so you just order and they email you within 24 hours. they substituted my claybar for one that was double in price for no extra charge, and are also including some free goodies for my time. these guys carry the best car care products PERIOD!

 

I ordered a few weeks ago......my only complaint was they were a little slow returning calls and with the shipping. But they are one of the few mainland based detail stores that ship USPS to HI.

They do carry very good products......but so does Pakshak....and Ranney's service is hands down the best!
