I've seen a Sentra with a RS scoop and also a GTI that was the best because he had just mounted it to the top of the hood not even functional. The guy with the Sentra at least his was functional. Some people just want a Subaru really bad.

 

ive seen this blue civic agian today at alamoana damn he has a really low drop with onte of those huge alu Wing!

i met the guy w/ the gti...his name is troy and hes got a black mk3 gti. hes part of Projekt-V, one of the main VW crews here...i thought it was functional but that sucks

 

If he lives or works on Hickam and had it for sell on the lemon lot then no not when I looked at it it was just mounted to the hood.
