Question Any *good* tire shops I can trust my Volks with?

I want to flip at least two and perhaps all four of my Kumho V700s around on the rims. They are pretty difficult tires to mount due to the very stiff sidewall, and I'd hate to take them someplace that will ding my too-damn-expensive TE-37s. Any suggestions?

Surprisingly enough, on the mainland I took them to Sears when I first got the tires mounted. They had pretty new equipment with zero metal-to-metal contact, it was all plastic-on-metal so the rims were safe.

best alignment shop in town, specializing in brakes and suspension work. They are always mounting tires on 22" rims and up, they don't have a problem with 17s.

They are usually really busy, though...appointments are a must.

I don't work for them btw

When I put my KDW's on my Volks, I did it at eurosport.

Go to eurosports and ask for Jon fong. He's always there and should be more than happy to help. Hypersports is also a good shop.

When I look up Eurosport on www.switchboard.com I find two - one listing in Aiea and one in Honolulu. Are they both the same place or what? The one in Honolulu says it does "Auto Customizing & Restoration | Automobile Body-Repairing & Painting | Automobile Racing Equipment & Supplies | Racing Equip | Tire Dealers" so I think that's the one I want. I hope they're open today - I just called and got no answer.

Eurosport is in Honolulu. I think it's on Coral St., down the block from Volvo.

Thanks, I had figured that was the one I wanted. I'll try calling them again in a bit.
