I paid for 2nd day. It wasn't delivered on the 5th.

On the 6th, the courier placed a note on my door explaining that I missed the delivery at 1130am.

My girlfirend and I were at home. we didn't hear a knock on the door or a sound from the doorbell.

So I called at 11:30am DHL and requested that I pick up my package. They said that they would call me back in an hour to confirm, which they never did.

I called them again at 2:30pm. They said that they would call me back before 6:30pm, which they also failed to do.

I called DHL again at 6:30pm and they told me that they close at 6pm. WTH!!!

I do not recommend DHL to anyone.

DHL started going downhill like the others after the "H" in DHL died a couple years ago. He lived on Saipan where I used to live, Larry Hillbloom, and he thought he was a pilot and who will say No to a billionaire so he was at the controls of an airplane and crashed it. Wasnt the first time, he just didnt survive this one. He was always like that. Oh well... Funny how many filipina women came to Saipan "claiming" their kids were his.

Ok sorta off the point, but yeah they all seem to suck at times huh. I have had good luck with FedEx and not UPS or DHL. Its russian roulette each time you order...

I've had good experiences with the good old USPS. They can't guarantee over-night delivery, but 2nd day and priority is usually very timely, not to mention reasonable.

 

theres this one kid from the Phils. that got million$ though... I wish im Bill Gate's child...
