Saw this in CL, looks good except the damage to the rear door for those looking for a FXT..

Just the rear door damage is the downside, and maybe wishing for lower mileage.
But with the mods on it and how it looks by the pictures, it seems like a bargain for $9k,..
I wonder why Ive never seen this XT around since I live in Salt Lake,...

The first link...to the White 05 XT...someone just sold this for around $4k-$5k obo...the owner claimed that they thought it had a blown head gasket...

I saw it on craigslist too, so I bought it. haha.
The 05 was blowing smoke out the exhaust due to a bad turbo. I removed the heads and they were only .002" from flat so it wasn't a head gasket issue. I had the heads shaved and installed all new gaskets/seals.
I've been driving it a lot and I really like it. If I don't get 9 for it soon, I'm keeping it and putting the legacy up for sale.
The 05 was blowing smoke out the exhaust due to a bad turbo. I removed the heads and they were only .002" from flat so it wasn't a head gasket issue. I had the heads shaved and installed all new gaskets/seals.
I've been driving it a lot and I really like it. If I don't get 9 for it soon, I'm keeping it and putting the legacy up for sale.
