try backing it out a bit. what exactally is your problem? i'll try to help but i need more info. if it's flush with the nut it's probably too tight. back it out and see if that helps. L8R

wouldnt tightening it all the way prevent the bov from opening?

anyways... how do you know its leaking? can you hear/feel pressure comming out of it at idol. can you hear it leak at full boost at WOT? got a boost gauge? any boost drop? does it close after being open?

did you check the gasket? how about retightening the bolts?
more info would be good....

Yeah you can fix the problem by reattaching the stock bov.

well not if its attached to an FMIC.. my blitz is doing the same thing messing with my idle. id "swap it back to stock" but the stock bov won't fit on my ic piping. or hold my boost.

i have a blitz DD. i screwed mine all the way in(actually like 2 mm shy). i get the least amount of backfire(afterfire?) but every now and then i scare an old lady or two while driving. at night its cool cuz i can see the lightning flash in my rearview mirror.
as stupid as that is... i like it cuz its cool. give me another 2 weeks and i'm probably back at stock.
