You can't compare this as he's running blow through, which means his maf is likely after the BOV, and you're running vented to atmosphere with no recirc. (and you're draw through). There's a change in vacuum when the AC kicks on, which sometimes makes the BOV crack open slightly for a brief second.
Since his system is closer to the throttle body, it's likely not affected as much.

When you go AEM, you shouldnt have any issues when you kick the AC on.

Luis is running blow through on his aem? That doesnt make sense.
Usually you move to AEM to get rid of the sensor completely.

I noticed that you have 860 Helix's.
If you're planning to upgrade your whole setup, rather than start with new injectors, have you ever thought about going with an in tank dual pump setup and an Aeromotive FPR (Or SX)?

You'll likely need to upgrade both in the future, and you can raise fuel pressure slightly to give yourself a bit more room on your current injectors while you decide which injectors you're going with.

From my experience, the Walbro falls off as pressure rises. It has nothing to do with the flow rate of the pump itself. But as you raise boost pressure, fuel pressure rises in a 1:1 ratio, and so the Walbros die off as the pressures go up. After I passed 30 psi of boost pressure on race gas, I had fuel pressure drop off. I ended up sumping my tank and running an inline dual pump setup, with one pump feeding the other.
Walbros are rated at a very low pressure, I think, somethign like 45 psi. So when the pressure goes up, you can no longer count on that number.

Anyway..just a thought... I think Buschur makes a dual pump setup
