its a preference of tuners.....
example i have a n/a motor w/ slap on turbo kit with no internal work done to the block or head and still running with 90k miles of boost on it @ 9psi 246awhp/246awtq stock would be about 115-130awhp.... honestly my car should be dead by now but its still running im on borrowed time..... others who have been tuned by them can chime in....
