Panning was hard today, sun and other lighting factors, glad I researched online what to aim for.

I need to get mine re-done and this gives me some ideas.

 

photos look good norris. i know panning is hard to do especially when they're moving fast and if you're shooting at higher speeds. i've tried...bluuuurrr.

 

Yup panning is hard at first try, just need to practice or get a higher FPS camera lol... can't wait for next round!

 

I wish I could be there, but I work all day on sundays ....

Great Panning sir!! At one point, I tried locating you at one point but you disappeared.. Here's my Panning attempts. Its not great but its decent.

Nice series walter. Did you shoot in Aperture mode? if so this is what I learn on panning:

- Shutter priority mode - set shutter speed to 1/125 or less.
- Center AF
- Low ISO
- and follow subject while focusing.
