Howzit everyone, for those of you who know me, I've not been on the forum much recently, but I've got the greatest excuse. After 8 1/2 years trying we finally got pregnant in August last year and at 11.30 last night, my wife gave birth to our beautiful daughter Brooke (8lbs 1oz). All I can say is that after 36 hours of intense labour and then an emergency forceps delivery at the end, my wife is the most amazing woman I have ever met!!!

Now it wouldn't be fair for such a lovely lady not to get driven in style, so although my wife had a very nice limited edition 2003 WRX wagon, it was time for something a little more upspec

This car turns out to be very special (to me) anyway as it's obsidian black and in the UK that is not a colour option, this car was specially ordered by a Subaru UK director who changed his mind at the last minute and I managed to grab it. So we currently own the only black 08 STI in UK spec that there is.

Also, if you look at the licence plate it reads SG58 HNL, SG confirms it's from Scotland, 58 confirms it's a late 2008 model and the last 3 letters are randomly chosen by a computer. Although random it seemed like a major coincidence to me, HNL is the abbreviation for Honolulu International Airport -spooky!!!

Congrats Mike! Kids will change your life for ever.......in a good way. As a matter of fact, my wife is actually 16 weeks pregnant too. We're hoping for a girl as well, but as long as the baby is healthy, that's the most important thing. Best of luck to you and hope to see you back in Hawaii again soon.
