probably so! we been here for one week- since wed.- i love the san diego weather, universal studios was pretty cool-

norris, its that 28x135 canon lens my wife got. its not as good as a zoom as my 200(sigma) but its got IS and ultrasonic motor... which is really cool. i actually did manual for the shamu shots... still learnin!

Thumbs up IS = tha bomb

The IS will help for stability "composure," and fstop. The ultrasonic motor ensures that the focus is fast and silent ( moving blades really fast and internally). I am curious how ur battery holds with the IS "ON" all the time

note: I rarely shoot in manual mode, but more Aperture. Lazy to guess the shutter speed for the lightning...

norris, now that i am back i am planning to take some early morning shots-- macro+water+foliage= teh winnah shots!

start saving up? ho brah... sounds like i need to take out a third mortgage for that lens BTW, i spoke with bodie yesterday- maybe we can do an "abstract" subie photoshoot...
