Alignment needed?

finally getting Teins' (flexs') do I need to get an alignment?

Do you know if they come at stock ride height? What do I need to get this installed? Spring compresser?

alignment is probably good after the install. You need to get the rear camber bolts too though, 'that one place' should have them for like $30.

no, the flex's don't come stock ride height, and no, you don't need a spring compressor for the install, ... just air tools!

I've got rear camber bolts that I may never need. But at the same time, I like holding on to them just in case... I got em for free though. I've been told that the VW also shares the same size camber bolt.

Eitherway, air tools help a lot, but it's not really needed if you work out But I do have an electric gun that helps out in a jam

Pat,

if you get the alignment done at pacific automotive, Ken's got some camber bolts in stock.....should probably ask first, though. He doesn't gouge you for em either @$35.

Do you even research what your buying or have bought? Or are you just like an anxious little school girl? Just curious Jon.

Well the tein's should have front camber plates, and your car from the factory has front camber bolts. I just thought you would have known that before buying.

And on the rear it depends on how low you lower it. I have a 1" drop in the rear and didn't need any bolts.

How much was the alignment?

How low is the car when you put the Teins on? 1" lower?

I can't remember exactly,

but I though it was about $150, maybe a little more, including the camber bolts. The Teins can probably be setup to ride as low as you want, although they have recommendations in the manual. I think most of us have them at least 1" or more lower than stock height. I haven't seen a Subaru yet that's really "slammed".
