7/21/06 Stay away from H1.. east bound by University
Overturned Cargo truck accident..
took out the wall that separates East and Westbound lanes..
East bound lane with a huge overturned truck
West bound lane covered with block and pieces of cement..
so stay away.. try to go around it..
