If you increase the iso speed you will be able to have the shot be more sensitive to light thus not needing so much light (ie. the flash) and you could do what greg said and use a long shutter speed apeture (but you'll still need a tripod).
If you use the flash and use a higher iso speed (400+) then you can increase the flash range (meaning your flash will appear to be more powerful than it really is since the image is more sensitive to light causing your picture to be come more illuminated with the very little available light.
if your camera cannot do this and you have a hot shoe for an external flash then you'll need a MONSTER flash that will fit

I tryed using night mode before.....I need a tripod for shure.....pics come out blurry cuz my hand moves slightly......I was thinking about using flash but sometimes it only lights up the front of the car not the whole thing.....thank god the cruise is duing the day time or I would be screwed
