Flier Idea......
Here's a flier I created(I tryed to keep it simple)......the pics I used was from last years Aloha United Way Summer Cruise ........I haven't added the meet up spot or rollout yet,I still need that info.But,the front of the flyer will have the Meet up spot and roll out time(I'll add it into the pictures).The reverse side of the flier will have the route and raffle info........so, Let me know what you guys think......Josh,Let me know if you want to use it

Just a thought: Printing choke fliers in color can get pricey. That kind of flier is best left for the internet. Just post it around the local forums and maybe Myspace (?!). As for something to distribute in person, make it simple and in B/W......unless you don't mind the extra cost of fancy color fliers.

sup guys...talked to my gf...if you're going to pass out fliers i'm guessing they're going to be about a quarter of a page each? i can make about 200 for free and get discount if you want some big fliers to post up at places. lemme know.

just some random thoughts but wouldnt it be kewl to have the phot guy leave like 20-30 minutes from each stop and get the whole cconvoy in motion, like stopping near the entrance to h-3 tunnel and getting a good shot of subies near the mountains, or a shot of the convoy @ north shore......
also, how about an activity of some sort like football or contests to see who can swap parts the fastest, or how about a scavenger hunt.
another good ideacould be a car show, best in cruise or something like that.
