Just came back from the auto show at the convention center. They had a wrb wrx over there. I like the new front end look. The headlights are cool, but the tiny foglights gotta go. I definitely like the new hoodscoop! The rear lights are also pretty fresh. There's now a circular shape in the cluster. Besides that, everything else is pretty much the same. Those small, skinny 16" wheels and tires have to go! They look awkward on the 02, 03 models, but look even more so on the new look wrx. Too bad no STI...

I didnt like the new WRX. Just didnt like anything about it really, forgot to take a pic of the back, but uploading the pics I took today from the show. Some are blurry since the camera I was using is new and flash wasnt firing. Nothing exciting there tho, aside from the Elise. Damn, gotta start saving for that one.

i think the new WRX looks kind of FuNky, but i do like the sunroof and seats. Just putting in my 2 cents.

 

Yep love the sunroof, didnt check out the seats, the exterior turned me off too much.

 

The seats look really good.....like they would hold you in better than ours. But once you sit in them you see that's not the case. They actually offer much less lateral support.

didn't like it. fog lights were too small. headlights look odd and from the words of Steven, it looks like a SE-R now. i'm so-so on the seats, you can move and shift too easily on the new seats, whereas you'll shift less on the old seats.

talked to the rep there. asked him about the sti and he said there is one on the island but isn't ready. WHY DIDN'T THEY SHOW IT? i wonder if the people on the waiting list will have any info about the sti being on the islands or not.
