175 bucks for NIB S.Techs...Good Price?
Not going to do no crazy drifting for now, but want to get rid of the ugly stance......is 175 bucks good for brand new S.Techs........for '04 STi

seems like a pretty good price if you are looking to just drop your car.
if you were to do a search you would see that many members that own(ed) stechs, hated the actual performance aspect of it.

K , my bad did the search going to look into the rest of the springs..........just thought I was going to get a deal.........just looking for a nice drop 1.4-1.8 front to .8 to 1 in the back any suggestions....no need for coilovers till later...

I hope your going to be drifting on the dirt if you have a STI? I had them on my 01 RS and I liked them it seems that they aren't as good as they were because mine were not soft at all and performed really well.

That's a good price for brand new s-techs. However I suggest Tanabe for nice drop+good handling. All I can say is I love my Tanabe gf210s
Ride is pretty stiff though but that's why I like it. If you want to see what they llok like on a car then go to the gallery forum and look in the white thread, mine is on like the second to the last page.

Thanks 4 the advice....I did a search on other sites also, a lot people claimed the S Techs killed their struts after about 15k to 20k miles........so I may look into the others suggested.....thanks 4 the offer hyn_wrx, but I still have to get the springs =), by the way you live super close, I live in Waikele....so maybe I'll come check you out after get your springs installed and they sit, I'll PM my number.......K guys thanks again

ya i checked on that also..guys said s.techs killed there struts after 15-20k but they rally..if u just want that lil drop and like me the daily commuter it wont kill your struts rite away..eventually you'll need to upgrade, but by that time i'll have my full suspension..hehe...ya i'll hit ya up..shoots
