Keep an eye on Ebay...
Spec out what you need, know your retail/wholesale prices...be prepared and when the item you want comes up for auction, jump on it...
Unless you have experienced a lot of transactions on Ebay...you will probably lose the first few auctions...unless you really stay on top of it and have a fast broadband connection like Road Runner...
I've seen foglight kits for the WRX come up once in a while at savings way below what you would pay at a dealer...
As far as exhausts...there are lots to choose from...come up with a budget and how loud you want it...that will give people a better idea of what you want...
I have personally experienced 3 exhausts on my STI...
1. Stock=quiet, but deeper tone than wrx or rs stock exhaust...sounds good, cheap.
2. B&B Cat Back...Deep, mean tone, Louder than stock, Expensive...paid $850 w/shipping from Arizona.
3. HKS Carbon Ti...louder than stock, quieter than my B&B, not as deep a tone, expensive...~$700 new...with shipping, more like the B&B price above...currently have this on (put it on last night)...
My suggestion would be to always look at the Hawaii I-Club for sale threads...people are always trading, selling, items...like me, I wanted a change in exhaust sounds so I was lucky to have run across this used HKS Carbon Ti...deals like this always seem to pop up at the most weird of times...
I just heard Col. Smith's RS*R Cat-back and that thing sounds perfect! Mean, low growl...if I were to get a new cat-back (knowing what I know now), I would get either the B&B or RS*R...they both sound similar, are pretty loud...but mainly, they sound really mean! I also like the fact that hardly anyone has either of these exhausts...

dude... anything for late model impreza/wrx cat-back exhaust should fit ACTIONGIRLS car even though it's an RS.
anyway, I would either find an RS spec cat-back exhaust or I would just have one custom made for your car.
