If Ditch keeps up the pace he had today we're all going to get past.

If I could just post 46 more times tonight (barring BAN SUVS posting anything), I'd be #5 and the top 5 would be HIIC'ers.

Gotta get up from computer. Gotta fix the bathroom sink. Gotta fix WBO2

Well, hooked it up again tonight. Ran a PATRICK multimeter test on pins #6 and 7 (set mm to 50 vdc for resolution. Black on pin #6, red on #7). Reading was 10volts. Supposed to be at least 11 to heat the sensor. I don't understand because the controller is connected directly to the car battery.

Anyhow, hooked up entire system w/o turning the car on and the same old thing happened. Red light was on, nice and bright, then hooked in circular sensor wire to the controller and the light went out. Took it off, red light back on nice and bright.

SUCK!!!!!

No, that voltage should be way LESS than 11v. Yours is pretty much spot on. I think your heater is operating normally and didn't burn out the sensor.

Go to the other board and look for a reply to your post with some info. straight from the horse's mouth re: testing your unit.

Heheheh. I said "testing your unit"
