105k maintainence

Hey guys and gal, i was just wondering if anyone has a engine hoist that i could borrow? My 105k maintainence is due and im gonna change the timing belt, tensioners, and water pump. Also if anyone has nothing to do and wants to help wrenching, by all means youre welcomed to join as plate lunch/beers on the house. Lmk so i can plan accordingly. thanks, walt

I am most definitely available to sit down and watch the 105k maintenance take place before my very own eyes

don't pull the engine to do the timing belt... you will need to remove a few things to get to the cover but it's not necessary to remove the engine.

one thing cool about subie belt/pump/accessory servicing is that everything is up front. for the most part, your radiator is the only thing that needs to come off. after that, you can just grab a rolling chair and your favorite beverage and work away.
