Anyone

Does anyone have a coilover drop in their 05 STI? Would love to hear from you. I was just thinking about going with the Teins. I wish HKS made their coilovers for the 05. I could wait but it's just so hard.

currently I (personally) have not heard of anyone with an 05 with a coilover system. If you want to go with Tein then go with Tein. If you want to go with Cusco go with Cusco.

coilovers are only good (and cost effective) if you plan on doing motorsports that will dramatically increase your results with the car.

but seriously there are other companies that are just as good that make suspension setups for the 05 STI. A lot of this information could have been given to you by a search but I figure it could be beneficial to our HIIC members so here it is. Some companies that make 05 Suspension are:

Tein
Cusco
Whiteline #1K4042
JIC (we have a local JIC dealer please see Hongyboi/will have to source international spec)
STI
GAB (you'll have to somehow source it internationally/for international spec cars)
Syms (you'll have to somehow source it internationally/for international spec cars)
HKS (you'll have to somehow source it internationally/for international spec cars))

for international spec suspension this will not be for the US 2005 since we get our cars late in the us it will probably be for 2004 mid year model.

A lot of those brands listed are almost impossible to get since most people locally haven't even heard of them.

Hope this helps!
