Anyone with CBE around San jose?

Hey anyone of you guys who are located around San Jose area have a CBE such as the Invidia, Perrin, etc on right now? I'm currently stock and have still been debating on what CBE to get. Want to hear them in person to see how they really do sound.

LMK!

i've only got a couple pics i took when i installed it, and they're not the greatest. haven't taken any since because i'm waiting to do some suspension work. it was maybe a week after i bought the car, didn't really wanna take too many pics before lowering it. not a fan of stock height, haha

it would probably look a little nicer on your 09 too, since you've got that diffuser.

i'm just using stock hangers and it's fine. not sure how the fit is with the diffuser though... kartboys might be a good thing to get. i melted part of the diffuser on my 06 sti and it sucked even though you couldn't see it unless you were under the car haha

I have a SRS N1 on my hatch, I am usually out at Zen and occasionally I'm at WingStop. I can totally show you how it looks and sounds, both wide open and with the silencer. Mine will be a little different though since my car is N/A

Hahaha, have you guys had any problems with the N1 being too loud? Like getting pulled over cause its too loud. I don't drive recklessly or anything of that sort anyways.

Does anyone have a CBE on a 08/09 rex sedan around the area? i was thinking about getting something along the lines of a perrin dual exhaust or a turboxs one. but im most likely leaning on getting the turboxs one. I used to have an interest on SPT but it seems a little too quiet for me...

man... everyone and thair hatchies aha

I have a SPT CBE in Mountain View, pretty loud. Much louder than the Hatch version, and Subie got somewhat in trouble for it.

They advertised under 90dB for the Hatch and applied it to the Sedan. Later to find the sedan drivers noticed how much louder it was and they might have redesigned the sedan ones to be more quiet.

PM me if you want to meet up.
