Anyone know of a turbo kits for the (non-turbo) 08's? I am looking at increasing the HP of my car to at least 200+ hp.
I have contemplated trading in my 08 for an 09 WRX265, but the cost diff is way too much. They will only give me 18 for my car. Not worth it right now.
Would a 08 WRX turbo fit in my car, and would Subaru install something like this (to help avoid warranty issues)?
Thanks,

the 09's have so much more to offer over a non-turbo 08 (like better suspension), not to mention you'll have a lot less work to do to achieve hp gains. if you got a turbo kit for a NA impreza, you'd only be able to run low boost unless you changed your compression ratio and yeah, like MrPrimus said, you'll have a warranty with the trade in.

more power eh?
right off the bat a wrx turbo will not fit. the intake manifolds are different, and the space between throttle and firewall isn't big enough to fit a the wrx intercooler. I guess if you are willing to throw down around $6k then its doable but won't run well.
I doubt you will make it up to 200hp, but just go with all the bolt-ons (headers, mid-pipe, cat-back, intake, pulley) and get a tune. Itll end up costing you around $3k and will void any warranty you have now, but you'll have a bit more power
