Fxt exhaust fitment
Will an 02-07 wagon (hks - hi power replica ) catback bolt directly to the stock downpipe without modification?

I'm assuming you are referring to the ones that are coming off of a wrx or sti. The exhaust itself will "fit" stock down pipe has a donut gasket which will get in the way. The other thing is that you will have to reweld the exhaust hangers because they are different on the foresters, also it will come up short on the bumper.

The WRX exhausts are generally short on the FXT since the bumper is further out; with the risk being that it could melt your bumper. The right way to do it is to get a custom build or FXT specific exhaust as already mentioned.

you can get the hangers adjusted too, but it should fit fine. My wrx exhaust sits a 2 inchs in and is turning my white bumper black lol...so that is kinda how its gonna be fitment wise. but it should fit fine. You will need extended exhaust hangers to keep it farther away from your bumper so it wont melt.
