98 Forester S

Did the 98 Forester ever come in Turbo? If so, I wanna get a hood with a hood scoop and air intake. Anyone help me out here?

Car Info: MY04 Forester XT

In the US the turbo Forester was introduced in 04. The earlier turbo hoods are almost impossible to come by unless you import one from Japan for $$$$.
