I actually put one of these in my E36 M3 a few weeks ago. It was a hard debate because the Sparco Sprint is a cool looking seat at a relative cost to the R100. However I felt that the Sprint was really uncomfortable, almost claustrophobic on the hips. The R100 is recline able, and offers tons of side support even though the risers aren't that tall.

thats what i was thinking! the sprints look more uncomfortable to DD in just because they are fixed and unadjustable.. i'd only get those if i track my car often! but you're right! the r100 is adjustable and i am looking for seats that hug really well around a tight corner!
In that case you'll be pretty happy with the R100. In my opinion it is plenty of seat for the track as well.
