Engine/Power - non turbo (All non turbo Imprezas) Who needs a turbo when you have 2500cc? Cams, intakes, exhausts, etc. The 2.2L and 1.8L Subies are cool too.

No, WRX intakes are not compatible at all. Although any 2000-2003 RS intake will be compatible.

i drive a 2002 rs and i purchased the cobb intake and i could not be any happier. Great sound, i definately noticed some gains and it looks beautiful. You really cant go wrong with cobb. yeah you may pay a little extra but you definately get what you pay for.
i would highly recommend the cobb intake, as will many others on this board. cobb is very well respected.

this is just heresay so take it for what its worth but i remember reading bad reviews about the injen, and people who purchased them not being satisfied and switching to cobb.. again thats just what i have read. i only have experience with the cobb intake.
good luck

good choice, you certainly wont regret it. As said earlier, cobb puts their focus on subaru tuning, i believe they did rx7s for a while but im pretty sure now they are just subaru. They make quality products that will get you results. Have fun!

Is that for a WRX or an RS? Short rams are poop on an RS, because they use hot engine bay air without compensating for it with boost. Works ok with WRXs because the extra volume overcomes the lost density. Open air filters on a Subaru isn't as powerful as a stock intake, especially with the silencer removed.
